As the Director of Operations, Lauren Perry is an integral part of Centrus Financial Strategies’ day-to-day operations. She ensures clients are satisfied through efficient workflows and operational strategies. Beyond her operational expertise, Lauren is a compassionate leader who recognizes the importance of nurturing a collaborative client-focused environment. She develops client trust by building their understanding of Centrus’ financial planning process.

Her journey began at the University of New Orleans, where she worked for many years as Chef Emeril Lagasse. When she’s not keeping Centrus organized, Lauren serves as a volunteer Bible educator.
